Hired as construction manager on the $18M Replacement Hospital in 2021, The JF Scott Construction team provided comprehensive construction management services for the Blue Hill Campus of Northern Light. Close coordination of resources during a time of challenging supply chain issues, allowed the project team to turn the new building over to see patients in under 16 months. Phased renovation of the existing medical office building on the site was also included in the scope.
